A Professional Engineer, Daniel is also a Certified Master NLP Practitioner of the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, USA.
Is a corporate trainer and facilitator specializing in advanced business skills and tools that enable businesses to increase sales revenue and build championship teams that drive peak performance in the workplace. Hah has a total 16 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry in diverse areas such as Production, Quality Control, Logistics, Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, Research & Development (R&D), Human Resource and Sales.
Has worked in a financial institution, hotels, and a training & consulting company. She has vast experience in training, personnel administration, employee relations and counseling. She has conducted training in coaching, problem-solving, delegation, and leadership skills. She has a Bachelor of Economics from Northern Illinois University, USA.
is a licensed trainer for the Bullet Proof Manager leadership series by Crestcom International, LLC. She joined Development Dimensions international (DDI) as a Consultant after leading the seminar division of Quest Consulting for 5 years. Michelle is a certified instructor for Interaction Management, Social Styles, and The Catalytic Instructor programs. She holds an MBA (with distinction) and a Diploma in Training Management from the Institute of Training & Development, UK.
has over 20 years of corporate experience in multi-national and local companies. As Head of Capability Development in China, in JV of a top Forbes Global 2000 organizations, she implemented an organization-wide Performance Management System and established their Corporate Academy providing development to all levels of employees. She holds a MBA, Certificate in Talent, Competency & Succession Mgmt and Certified as a Mental Toughness Coach and Facilitator
