Rock & Roll Teambuilding is a high-impact, high-fun experiential program that uses percussion instruments and short film-making to meet the niche requirements of your company, which focuses on boosting up Mindset and Motivation, infusing Outstanding Performance, adapting to the core Values of the company and Embracing Change in each individual to ROCK AND ROLL to the Next Level! Working from the sub-conscious to the conscious level to bring about change through Music and Rhythm
A well-drafted outline which includes a powerful Percussion Music Ensemble & advance NHR (Neuro- Hypnotic Repatterning), fun short film making session to bring out the creativity in the team.
Why Movie Making?
Creativity Meets Collaboration
In the second part of the experience, teams dive into short film-making, where they:
- Craft a storyline around teamwork, resilience, or organisational values
- Assign roles such as director, cameraman, actors, props, manager
- Practice problem-solving under time pressure
- Develop communication, planning and execution skills
- Produce a fun, memorable short film that captures their teamwork journey
The session ends with a Movie Premiere Screening and option to use percussion instruments to celebrate each team’s creativity with laughter, applause and recognition.

Mini X-Plore Race
Looking for a fun, high-energy team experience that builds collaboration, communication, and trust? Our Mini Explore Race Teambuilding program brings your team out of the meeting room and into an exciting real-world adventure designed to strengthen teamwork and leadership through challenges, discovery, and creativity.
Program Concept
Each team with guided clues compete in a series of themed stations or checkpoints located around a designated area (such as a resort, park, or even shopping centres, corporate compound). Each station presents a unique challenge — from puzzles and problem-solving tasks to creative photo missions, physical games, or team-based mini projects.

Participants are divided into teams and briefed on the race concept, rules, and timeframe for completion

Teams navigate checkpoints across resorts, parks, malls, or corporate spaces- completing fun but challenging tasks.

Teams analyze what worked, what didn’t, and how their performance relates to workplace behaviour.
